Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@lessentiel.in with your order ID. Handmade and perishable items (soaps, attars) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
